First the #2 and now the #1. We’re not sure what’s worse for the owners and inhabitants of this particular East 11th Street townhouse: that bad things seem to happen regularly on their stoop, or that they have a neighbor hell-bent on keeping watch and documenting it all:

“Just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse for my rich neighbor across the street, I looked out the window on this beautiful Saturday morning to see a drunk, non-homeless man peeing on his threshold. I called the police, but all they did was unsuccessfully try to transfer me to 311. The urinator, it appears, is still at large.”

If next month someone starts bleeding all over the door, we’re going to get a little supicious.
